I originally interviewed with SFL Companies for an accounting position but ended up being hired as an Operations Coordinator in July of 2014. I was fresh out of college and didn’t have a background in logistics but was really passionate about learning new things. This is exactly the mindset SFL had as well. They are always open to new changes and looking ahead to see what is next, and this really helps me as an individual grow within this organization.
Fast-forward three years later, after three different roles, and I am now the Technology and Change Management Manager. SFL has helped me tremendously by giving me the opportunity to continue my learning experience through the various positions I have taken on.
