SFL Companies Hosts Blessings in a Backpack Trivia Night Fundraiser.
Rochester, Michigan – September 13, 2022 – SFL Companies will be hosting its third annual Trivia Night Fundraiser for Blessings in a Backpack Avondale, a foundation that addresses child hunger in the Avondale School District, by providing food to students in need.
The Trivia Night Fundraiser will take place on Sunday, October 16th, 2022 at Whiskey Rae’s in Rochester Hills, Michigan. This event will attract members of the community to attend with all proceeds from the event going directly to Blessings in a Backpack Avondale. The event will additionally raise money from ticket sales, raffle donations, sponsorships, and other contributions from local businesses and partners.
About Blessings in a Backpack:
Blessings in a Backpack addresses child hunger in the Avondale School District, which is composed of Bloomfield Township, Troy, Auburn Hills, and Rochester Hills. Each week, the organization packs three hundred and twenty backpacks for children on the free and reduce lunch program. The children pick up the bags of food in preparation for the weekend.
