An Auburn Hills-based supply chain management and logistics firm has given over 100 coats to families in need.
SFL Companies, which started its annual drive in 2012 with 50 coats, recently donated 196 new winter coats to families in Pontiac and Newport, Kentucky.

The giveaway took place at Pontiac’s Baldwin Center. SFL collects the winter gear, ranging from kid sized to adults, from its business partners, customers and carriers.
“Our team is dedicated to making a positive impact within our surrounding communities,” Royce Neubauer, founder and CEO of SFL Companies said. “We feel very blessed and fortunate to be in a position to be able to give back to the communities we live and work in.”
